I went into Aukey.com already thinking it might not be the easiest site to deal with, my experience kind of backed that up. At first glance it looks fine, but some pages were slow to load, and I kept feeling like I had to click around too much just to find basic product details.

The checkout process wasn’t awful, but it also wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. I had to go back a couple times to double-check info, which made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be. Maybe I was already expecting it to be clunky, but either way, it definitely felt like the site could be easier to use.

I ordered a charger from aukey.com and right away it felt a little off. The box didn’t look like the Aukey one I already had, and when I checked the serial/label info, things didn’t really line up.
Support wasn’t much help either, mostly just basic responses that didn’t answer my concern. I’m not saying everything they sell is fake, but the one I got seemed questionable. Won’t be ordering again

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with the battery life. It died way faster than I expected and didn’t last long at all.

The chargers have worked okay so far, but the cables feel kind of hit or miss. One of the USB-C ends got loose after a few months, while another one is still holding up fine. After paying for them, I started feeling a bit unsure about whether they’ll last long-term. They’re not awful, I just wish the plugs felt stronger for everyday use.

I just ordered from them recently, this last experience left a good impression. The package got here sooner than I expected, and the tracking updated like it was supposed to the whole way. Based on this order, I don’t really have anything to complain about.

I bought this AUKEY charger a few months ago and it was great at first. But quickly the cable port started getting loose, and now it only charges if I angle it just right or hold it in place. I reached out hoping there’d be an easy fix, but it felt like I just got the usual policy excuse instead of any real help, which was frustrating. It’s not completely unusable, but for the price I expected it to last a lot longer

It worked fine in the beginning, so I was thinking okay, this is good. But after a few months it started having problems and kind of failing on me. I was hoping it would last more longer than that. I don’t think I’ll buy this same brand again.

I picked up an Aukey charger and cable thinking I was getting a solid deal, and at first I was like, okay, this should be decent. Then I actually used it for a bit and honestly... meh. It works fine, sure, but it doesn’t feel like anything special, and the build quality is average for the price.
Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there. But then again, I’ve bought cheaper chargers that felt just as good and held up just as well, so now I’m kind of annoyed I spent extra on this. It’s not awful or anything, I just wouldn’t call it great value.

At first, this charger worked totally fine, so I thought I was set. But after just a few weeks, it started randomly disconnecting, and I’ve basically had to sit there being patient with it like that’s part of the product. For the price, I really expected it to last longer and not make charging my device a little guessing game

I bought an aukey charger, and it quit on me after just a few months. Figured the warranty would be simple enough since it was still covered, but nope, apparently the charger folks had other plans.

I sent support the order details, photos, all the usual proof they asked for. Then they kept coming back asking for the same things again, like nobody was actually reading the emails, and eventually they just stopped replying for days.

It wasn’t even an expensive charger, but that’s not really the point. If you say there’s a warranty, it should actually mean something. Anyway, I’m done with aukey or whatever they’re calling support over there.

I returned my order and, it’s just been kind of a mess. I mean, I’m still waiting on my refund, and the whole process has felt way more frustrating than it should’ve been

I’m not sure if I got a bad one or what, but it barely seems to charge my phone. I left it plugged in expecting at least some decent progress, and it was still barely any higher. Maybe it works better for other devices, but for my phone it’s just way too slow.

It showed up later than I expected, which was a little frustrating since I was waiting on it like I usually do when I order stuff for my place. But in the end, it did arrive, so I can’t complain too much.

I don’t know why exactly, but this just feels really cheaply made to me. The build quality isn’t great, and the design looks ugly in person. Overall, I wasn’t impressed.
